Founded in 2023 and led by Michael Koch, InnoHub GmbH is a digital partner for institutions — especially universities and colleges as well as public bodies — and for companies working on digital transformation and platform development.

Our portfolio ranges from digital strategy consulting, product workshops and user experience management to process optimisation and the development of platforms and automation solutions. Michael Koch

Managing Director & Product Owner

Founder and Managing Director of InnoHub. Certified Scrum Product Owner and Kanban Coach with over 18 years’ experience in consultancy, UX and digital product development. As a Product Owner, he is responsible for strategy, concept development and agile management — including at Ulm University of Applied Sciences, Leipzig University of Applied Sciences, the University of Hohenheim, Heidelberg University of Education and the University of Regensburg.

Thomas Rudin

Scrum Master & Product Owner

Scrum Master and Product Owner with over 20 years’ experience in managing digital projects. Graduate in Computer Science, Professional Scrum Master and Product Owner. Responsible for planning, budgeting and facilitating projects from kick-off to go-live — including at Ulm University of Applied Sciences, Rhein-Waal University of Applied Sciences and the University of Hohenheim.
